Panna Cotta

Literally "cooked cream" in Italian, panna cotta is a light silky custard, made by simmering together cream, milk and sugar and left to cool until set. Traditionally eaten plain or flavoured with caramel, chocolate sauce or fruit, cookietherapy serves its panna cotta smothered with delicious fruit compote. Try one of our tempting deserts

Brownies & Cakes

Brownies, typically chocolate flavoured giving them their colour and hence their name, are rich baked cakes that are sliced after cooking. It is widely believed that in late 19th century America, a careless cook failed to add enough baking powder to a chocolate cake batter and, not wanting to waste the flattened cake, cut it into squares. The delightfully rich chocolate brownie has been enjoyed ever since. Cookietherapy carefully prepares and freshly bakes all its brownies and cakes. Enjoy all our flavours not just chocolate.

Muffins

A muffin is essentially a small cake, perfectly sized to be a single serving that can be held entirely in your hand. It was in the 1980s that muffins became popular, particularly as an accompaniment to coffee in the newly established gourmet coffee shops that were starting to spread through America. But you don’t have to enjoy a cookietherapy muffin just with our gourmet Italian coffee, as they are just as delicious eaten alone or accompanied with herbal tea of milk.
